"Northwest Houston is Harris County's most densely populated submarket. This has resulted in a very robust industrial market that has treated the industrial development community well with steadily climbing rental rates, low vacancy and consistently strong demand," said David Ebro President of Levey Group. "We take great pride in the quality, functionality and aesthetic appeal of what we build".

"Change Champions" are commercial property owners or businesses that are fueling the transformation of the Near Northwest Area through improvement to their property. The award is given quarterly, and was announced at the District's Business Network Breakfast on June 6th.

The Near Northwest Management District's recent Livable Centers Study made a number of recommendations for improving the livability and values of the area. The District has seen a growth in commercial and residential values, and has attracted $100M in new developments and redevelopments in the District.
