Please remember that discharging fireworks in the City of Houston is illegal. Call HPD's non-emergency number, 713-884-3131 if you see fireworks in your neighborhood. Although HPD will work overtime, please keep in mind that District A is very large, and they cannot be everywhere at once. They will do their best to address all complaints!
