District C Spring Community (CIP) Meeting

Council Member Abbie Kamin and Mayor Sylvester Turner invite the community to participate in the annual Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) meeting for District C.
Come and learn about upcoming infrastructure improvements and projects in the district. Information and experts will be available to answer questions before and after the community meetings.
