Grow Near Awards 2020

This year, Near Northwest Management District celebrates outstanding developments in the Northwest Houston Area.  

The District began operations in 2004 and since inception, the area has seen a growth in commercial property investment, reduction in crime and litter and it is now the best place to work, play, grow, learn and invest!
